At least for me: hard to understand your post … what would you like to say … but:

brilliant finding as per your post that Kurcbayashi WAS considered by the POSA as to the Amarin patent application

I try to find the answer that the EXAMINER was consider it or not … POSA - of course - considered it

findings on the Mori trial study

I did not analyze Mori (yet) since the USPTO found LDL-C affect as obvious … just like the Judge.
