This is standard - certainly not good news for UOIP shareholders because they don't own Chanbond.
"A Pretrial Conference between Plaintiff and Cox Communications, Inc. is now set for 7/2/2020, at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 6A."
A Pretrial Conference can happen in either a civil or criminal action.
I know UOIP investors think this about a settlement but it is about:
"A pretrial conference is an opportunity for both attorneys and the judge to be proactive in regards to the upcoming trial. The details of the trial will be worked out, including the process of selecting a jury, how long the trial is excepted to last, and any abnormal procedures or requests. In addition, the attorneys have the opportunity to put potential issues before the judge."
