They would have to file an emergency motion to expedite, which usually comes right after an immediate filing of motion to appeal (which they've done). I do not know what an expedited appeal timeline looks like, but given the situation, I fully expect this to be reality.

I don’t know if they can expedite the appeal... I figure it will be probably 14-18 months until the decision is made on the appeal.
