rtc. I don't know what NVS would pay for the EU rights .
I can speculate on what they may pay ...and would welcome some serious analysis on the subject ...Cowen I think estimates that the EU is worth $10 a share .

I'm just pointing out that the current PPS values the EU rights extremely cheaply ...so little downside risk with buying at these levels.
