Captn ..i had the same thoughts...if you look up reasons for converting, #2 is current ira account is low lol. #3 is no rmd!

I also just converted roughly my entire qualified AMRN position to my ROTH this week. What's better than tax-free retirement distributions with no RMD? Now all we need is a successful expedited appeal, which is looking more and more favorable, IMO.
