Ozsc doesn't have a dod contract lol. You don't own any part of pcti yet if ever... You own a defunct empty shell getting diluted everyday. Traders that bought eltz said the exact same thing lol as you are now. Share structure keeps on growing even though that debt is supposedly locked.
Unsure if pcti is willingly ok with being used or just plain stupid concerning who they are dealing with.
