Do you have any idea about the relation between daily operation and daily pps … it is basically nothing. Especially on short term.

The 03/30 decision will make 2020 better than it was expected … no affect on revenue but OPEX will be less.

Agreed. Why ask for an expedited review? The odds are against Amrn prevailing on appeal.
But while the appeal is pending AMRN gets: a possible injunction against the generics sale of product and a continuation to ramp up current sales in the US as much as possible.
The company needs as much time as possible time now to take full advantage of their exclusive position in the marketplace before generics get approved and go to market.
