Is anyone here concerned that the company:

-raised funds for the acquisition
-located a MM to submit the form 211
-got the form 211 accepted to get off the greys
-got the CE removed
-inked huge revenue generating deals: MAXIS, Trapollo, Chile, CoreChoice Network.
-Completed SOC 2 Type 1 Audit Certification
-setup a professional CareClix website
-added very experienced board members (three of them Independent Directors) -filed for a Name & Symbol change to CareClix Holdings, Inc.
