It’s the secondary considerations and how they were handled that matters. No one has gotten back about if math can be used in our brief. Math is absolute. That Mori will be reviewed de novo hopefully helps. I’d have that increase in LDL in written in JT’s blood for effect if we could.

The judge is no thinking or arguing like a person skilled in the art, and she is obliged to do that. Such a person would not find the Mori trial obvious (nobody did) , and that should be argued by AMRN in the appeal. Not even Mori concluded this.
