Interesting u notice this. Many don’t even know these fundamentals of investing anymore. There are 100s of preferreds I would choose before GSEs.

I don't own preferred I only own commons for the reasons you have mentioned.

I don't believe GSEs will go bankrupt on their own. However, I am not ruling out that the crooks will bankrupt them on purpose.
