biowreck, I believe that the Chief Judge Prost will assign who hears the case. She was one of the Judges mentioned as being a stickler on procedure on the Jefferies call. I was told prior to the ITC case by someone that she would put herself on the panel considering the profile of that case and she was. One would hope she does the same thing here and also assigns other Judges that will share her view.
