Peach, I'm not sure politics had anything to do with her ruling

other than maybe she favors generic drugs over regular drugs

like Obamacare favors generic drugs over regular drugs

That being said, I also think Trump favors generic drugs over regular drugs

because he wants lower price drugs

Anyway, I think claiming some kind of political issue

is not the way to understand her ruling
