This CareClix Twitter site is not SOLI. It's the CareClix Network Twitter site, and has been around since 2012.

The software was spun off in 2019 to SOLI, and a new company created called CareClix Inc.

SOLI did not acquire the private CareClix Network. SOLI acquired the software for 2M, to put into the grey sheet shell they acquired.

This is not a legitimate investment opportunity.
