MAXIS was a “partnership” that gave SOLI access to the customers. SOLI would still have to sell the product to those customers.

I think many companies who are currently contracted with tele doc may move over to Careclix when they see that cost efficiency.

Also, Careclix is more cost effective for most organizations than building their own internal platforms due the cost of maintaining it with their in house IT.

If a facility and patient can use their own physicians and maintain that relationship they will both be happier than having some random doctor.

Continuity of care.

Obviously, this is a long term mentality
