Very true, although no matter what ongoing client services are necessary to help with support/bug-fixing/customization issues, etc.

It’s a balance as you scale up. They seem to have a good handle on that rhythm.

Considering the other article said they were a “budget software,” and this other customer appears to be a provider of services with mobile clinics to low income areas, gotta wonder what their fee schedule is. If this is just a platform/software service, they ain’t Teledoc. Really looks like they’re selling software subscriptions.
