There is no such thing as "re-ipo" you are confusing "re-ipo" with the applicable term, "repo" . Just hilarious.

If the company is selling shares directly, then what you have there is a Secondary Offering. But, I think you've got no clue. The paperwork required for this is going to be a complete circus.

Where's that Form 10 with audited financials???

Wouldn't the merger deal require audited financial too??? Is Stephane Bontemps the kind of business man that would merge with a penny stock that hasn't posted audited financial for years???
