BTW, I submitted our name change documents to CUSIP. Got this email from them:



I have so much word to do, and I have to try to make some money to pay my friggin' bills...wow, BIBLICAL TIMES. I sent this email off to FINRA today too, and they have our new name change at the FL SEC of STATE.

This will be a CLASSIC TEXTBOOK REVERSE MERGER. STEPHANE is on board, and I wish only good things for ACCR Shareholders.

OIL and GAS is in a multi-year problem, and many sovereign governments are looking at attractive EQUITY OPTIONS NOW!

MERGER is DONE, and just waiting on the funding agreement signed by STEPHANE. OIL has changed everything, and these projects to be built all over AFRICA....must be completed, and now is the time to access the US CAPITAL MARKETS. I have been stating this since 2018. DUBAI.....is dependent on OIL RESERVES!!!!!

OIL has tanked, and all the debt guys are looking to structure good deals like this one that I have built for STEPHANE.
