Dude - it was years ago. Bankrupt and doors padlocked and all assets seized by the courts. There are court ordered judgements. Lloyd walked away - google it. COWI is a debt ridden shell that can never ever come back to life due to the judgments. Would be cheaper to open a clean shell. Do some homework - google is your friend
