All I need to know about Mori are the arguments made by Amarin's lawyers setting forth the case for its inapplicability. By rejecting those arguments, Judge Du disgraced and dishonored herself, and hopefully will be corrected on appeal should this get that far.

JL, Du is not looking for statistical significance in Mori. She said all she needed is one patient with TG>500 in Mori. I know the Hybashi study had no patient with TG>500.
