He needs to explain numerous issues I have with “strategy” or explain it to the BOD why he doesn’t support AMARIN prior NCE & First Amendment “wins”. His strategy to not settle makes no strategic sense. Court decision leads to long long appeals & no M&A....just more shares for Joe to sell open market. Chief strategist wants to extend litigation as long as possible...hummmm
