Think it's a Naked Short Seller. Noticed CDEL playing the same game on like 30 diff stocks over the last few weeks(and many others after the free trades started 5 months back, CDEL is a known naked short for ameritrade). Once he breaks with buying pressure it's been off to the races almost every time.

The tweet last Friday means news this week probably and whomever that is will be burnt.
