Yes, in this market when you have loans to pay off, it may be best to keep your cash and delute a little. Tesla did the same thing with they bought solar city before the tesla stock took off. Tons of companies use stock to buy other companies.
In our case, without speedconnect TPTW would not have the revenues they do now, so it was worth the delution and helped us all out. Just my two cents
