The micro reactors use more environmentally friendly chemical precursors that other QD methods.

The object is to manufacture green QDSCs. Doesn't the State of Assam want and need huge numbers of non-polluting solar cells?

Environmental concerns should be accelerating construction not delaying it.

Assam was complete bullshit like Jeddah City 2010. POS Squires never does business. The derelict only pulls one scam after another on his own shareholders. That is the real world explanation of what is going on. The contract filed with the SEC was defaulted upon immediately and no deal was ever intended to be in effect. The QDSC factory is a dirt field and always will be.
