Assam was complete bullshit like Jeddah City 2010. POS Squires never does business. The derelict only pulls one scam after another on his own shareholders. That is the real world explanation of what is going on. The contract filed with the SEC was defaulted upon immediately and no deal was ever intended to be in effect.
