We have no desire nor inclination to replace Ferris. He has done a great job on most things and is the heart and soul of the company. Our goal is to help him sell more product. We do not believe he or his Sales group is performing anywhere close to what is possible.
As an aside though, anyone who has been around a bit at top tier companies understands that there is no such thing as someone who cannot be replaced. There is always someone better.
