As long as your health system stays stable I would use the numbers of Germany. The main reason why our death rate is so low compared to our neighbours is testing. We did it from the beginning. The numbers of infected people in Italy or spain must be much higher. The more are infected the lower the death rate taken from the current figures

You are playing with the numbers.

Since we are so far beyond the only thing known is total cases and deaths.

You are reducing the number of all people tested positive by the number of mild cases then using the number of deaths to come up with your percentage.
