STEPHANE BONTEMPS is ACCR's new leader and visionary. I am restructuring our COMPANY. The Corporation is what matters. The Corporation has a VISION and a PASSION for AFRICA, and STEPHANE knows it. I promised to him 100% whole. I believe in STEPHANE.

STEPHANE is the boss and CEO of ACCR. I would start listening to what he says, and LISTENING VERY CLOSELY to his vision and desire will be to us ACCR as their funding vehicle for FUTURE POWER RENEWABLE PROJECTS IN AFRICA and MEA.

Thanks for the update. Three quick questions:

1) will your shares remain restricted after the merger is complete?
2) any idea the total assets under Access Power LLP?
3) any idea the revenue for Access Power LLP in 2019?
