Listen very carefully to REDA's Interview from 2017.

STEHPANE is the CEO of ACCR, and he is reviewing all my paperwork now.....if he approves the merger between Access-Power & Co., Inc and Access-Power LLP.....if he approves the merger, and gives me the green light, then I will announce the structured funding deal using ACCR stock to fund their power renewable projects in AFRICA and MEA.

I am just awaiting his approval...and step 1 was to rename the Corp. Then structure the 10-1 REVERSE SPLIT for him to bring down the current OS #s to 30,000,000 shares. Access-Power LLP will get 270,000,000 at par value .001, when everything is approved.

Just have some more patience please....I still have much work to do to ready them for the US EQUITY CAPITAL MARKETs. I may be the whacko crazy CFO...but at least I have a good plan for STEPHANE.
