More specifically speaking, this boilerplate refers to anything that would require a vote. Announcements that do not require a vote were plentiful at the last ASM albeit questions were submitted by a stockholder prior to the meeting. Not sure if they were submitted in the required way but the board was willing to address many of them anyway. Best wishes.
