Hi Bill.... I have 13% today Without the two big guys who each own about the same as me.. Each of them have said they will vote For us but right now they are not willing to sign the request letter. It got complicated in the last year due to changes made to an advisory group associated with the company and some of the agreements in place between parties.
I consider 20% with zero effort pretty good. When the PRs and rah rah efforts start I feel pretty good about our chances.
You also would not poo poo my career and abilities if you knew the details but at this point your two bits is not important to me. Though seems unwise for an old man to throw stones. Better to play nice!
