Since for the 4 years after the Cortina Law Group was kicked out of court, every seemingly material announcement has been berated and the value of the stock is extremely low. The conclusion is that seemingly material announcements need not be urgent or even necessary. Also, the conclusion is that only the financially consequential events are really the only thing that has any urgent necessity of an announcement.

Any future announcement or PR will be about something directly financially consequential and not necessarily about merely scientifically achievement which only needs to be presented to interested authorities in order to yield mandates to bring A 2-73 to the market. Once the company has obtained Provisional or Absolute Approval to market A 2-73 then that will be an announcement that can be made with the reasons for and why the approval is granted. As a result, I don’t expect any out of the blue announcement about trials but only the indication that A 2-73 has been approved for sale!
