That would be true if it was traded on the NASDAQ but it is not true for the NYSE. The NYSE measures the $1 minimum close differently.

The specific rule says: The NYSE requires the AVERAGE closing price of a listed company's common shares to be at least US $1.00 per share over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.
