Well, yes, Matt would be wise to buy back as many shares as possible at this price with that money, even all of it if he could, as I am sure the price is going up; how could it not? And, I'm hoping that 300 million shares turns into many millions more shares bought back in the coming months. It would be nice to get it under a billion shares OS at least. $GCGX...
