Low float stock that was after a M&A last year and looked to set up corporate structure to do so..

Settled out with past director late last year that certainly held up any progress.

Have patents from settlement, but nothing has traction and would require a M&A or change of management to counter the disjointed activity of the past.

We’ll see where is goes, if it goes. Been about 100m share accumulation past 3 months, so interest may push stock here, all speculation.
