the problem may be that your original question was addressed to "none". try sending it directly to shelly or edward.

I'm talking about a MOD who ends up in JAIL. IMO that MOD is due to "LOSE PRIVILEGES" which should be all MOD positions, and maybe be unallowed to MOD any board for a period of X days after release from Jail.


i have had the same discussions with admin about that too. however, this board is not for mod behavior. it is best to take that up privately with admin. i have done that in certain instances where it appears that a mod's behavior clearly demonstrates that they don't understand the tou. on occasion a mod has been removed. more often, admin will privately discuss the matter privately with the offending mod. more often than not that works. many mods, like many posters, just don't understand the tou. when it is explained to them they frequently modify their behavior.
