Thanks - I guess I misunderstood the board's purpose

this board is not for mod behavior.

I figured my query (call it a request) fell under the board guidelines:

The focus of this board is to discuss issues related to the site, such as rules, feature requests, TOU, etc.

ie RULES & TOU. Or call it a "feature request"...
