MNB@ If they can get enough medicine to hot spots (which they claim they will) the number of deaths will fall to very little.
The number of infected will surely rise - but what is important here, is that Hospitals will be much better of sending patient home after 6 days - than after 20 and even handling the very sick and dying patients.
I fully believe that the Pandemic - also i USA - will be under control in 5 - 7 days - as long as they can get the medicine (combination hydrochlorentine - antibiotica) to the covid-19 patients. -------------------------
If they succeed in that' my guess not more than 2500 deaths in USA. And that is only because of people already sick right now. Once the patient are treated early - everywhere - death rate will be very low IMO.

PS Right now it's all about the supply of the effektive medicines worldwide - to stop the infected people from dying and bring down death rates.
I was thinking along the same lines, that TTE's 5k total may be how many NYC alone loses - they are nowhere near close to peaking, another 3 weeks to go - and the asshats won't close their public parks!?! Or playgrounds?!? There are so many gaping holes in their isolation policies they have no chance of controlling the outbreak - this half-assed approach is just making people miserable and tanking their economy w/o actually preventing the spread of the virus. Don't forget a huge number of people are catching it w/o being tested - if they say 40k cases it's probably hundreds of thousands.
