Here in PA locals buy things with CMKX certs, a local print shop is being used as official transfer agent when a cert needs to be split, these are called Secondary-Certs and are carefully accounted for. Dad Joiner's scrip was used by locals in East Texas when he financed the Daisy Bradford No. 3 well using his own paper. Locals still believe local boy Urban's dream will come true.
