It's still processing. The last step after posting the QB certification doc is to pay the $12,000 annual fee. I would imagine it'll be official this week and we'll see a PR very soon.

Maybe they have to clean up a few things. The disclosure/certification document says:

"The Company Profile displayed on www.otcmarkets.com is current and complete as of 3/13/2020"
I noticed in the disclosure document that Costello signed off on being the sole officer of the corporation. But Wlaznak was on the profile page as "president" since early February and that's certainly an officer position. Today Wlaznak no longer appears on the profile page so they've cleaned that up.

Nancy Norton shows on the profile page but the SEC has been told she's an "unrelated individual" as of 1/31/2020

The disclosure page says:
"The following is a complete list of Officers, Directors and Control Persons (control persons are beneficial owners of more than five percent (5%) of any class of the issuer’s equity securities), including name, address, and number of shares owned"
Steven Ross owns 9.88% and he's not listed, although it's possible that it was his shares that came off restriction, were sold, and no form 4's were filed
