What is obvious (and was also in 2007- 08 crises) that in situations like this - Central Banks have learned - from worst case Great depression 1929 - and a number of recessions there after - that authorities has to attack this problem aggressively from the start.
This means supporting the 'economy and companies - directly' as it is 'in the end much more damaging' - not to do anything.
So what we see right now is a 'Blindfolded' throwing (new) money into 'the system' - to privates and companies - to keep the capacity to 'Recover fast' alive.
