The Analyst that included the Samsung 2G $200 Million or so has rethought the possibility that it may not be deposited in the 4th Quarter..He may be wrong a second time..
IMO:Every day that Passes without Samsung filing for Oral Argument (to delay the inevitable) indicates to me that the Parties are close to a 3G license agreement/with some 2G money concessions..And if NOT..IDCC can enforce their Pending 2G monetary Award by placing a lien on every Samsung Handset entering U.S.Customs..
