Exactly. That's what so many of us have been trying to remind the board members who see nothing but doom and gloom. NGW's real estate and capital improvements are easily worth many times what the current market cap is.

And NGW's grow facility is in CALIFORNIA...……..the largest market in the Americas, not in Nevada.

This thing should be trading at $.50 EASILY! These current valuations are insane.
