Like I have always said - this company will dilute at *any* level. They simply don't care about their shareholders at all.

sorry, they were taken out fast! all i see is alps with undisclosed 10k. This could fly any time IMO. ABCE

Do not worry... they are taken out already at 3 !!
Meanwhile it is already 21 million shares today AND 40 million waiting at 2 !
If they see it moving up or news come out they will run behind the stock, so stock moving higher quicker, good for us :-)
