You might call the official number for Reno
District Court. You might ask a real person your questions, and you might get an answer you can use for your trading activities. I do not recommend making that call. You have no actual official business to conduct before that court.

You might get a voice mail should you make that call, telling you to leave a message, and your call will be returned if you state your business, leave your name and number. Seems like a useless call if you have no official business or case filed or pending before that court.

For what it's worth, Matthew Natale who admins the Amarin Investors Group on Facebook, and is as hawkishly on top of Amarin news as anyone, posted today that in response to his inquiry, IR said they expect no delay.

This supports the likelihood that Amarin's lawyers inquired to Judge Du's law clerk regarding the status. While nothing is absolutely guaranteed during these chaotic times until it happens, if Amarin IR is not expecting a delay, then we should not expect a delay.
