Some will surely cut or have already. OXY is a worst case example, probably rare.

I'm hopeful some of the regional banks don't cut too big. FITB is paying 27 cents in a few weeks. They have the healthiest payout ratio of the group I watch but doesn't mean much at moment. also best p/e, best book, lowest o/s.
