Shorts cover once they feel like they are losing control at that doesn't happen at the same price level. Not too hard to see that unless you are wearing rose coloured glasses. Yes, there are short shares in every stock that trades publicly. SMH best to learn and understand how trading works. TPTW has 54,000 shares short and 0 failed to deliver in the 2 day time frame allotted. ONLY MM's short OTC to make a market. They then cover them seconds later. Happens in every stock.
