Good morning AZ, do you feel the WMI-LT was using AG appeal in their delay? Now that AG Appeal is now legally denied it makes the final chapter 11 case now legally closed.

I feel it was good and we also have end of 1st quarter next week. Hoping to see some $$$ movement in early April. There is no other good reason to delay anymore.
