Dear spouse's co closed their offices for 30 days as of last Friday. Too bad we cannot travel or go to restaurants. I guess, I get to be the chef for the next 26 days or so.
I do good with macerated berries on vanilla ice cream, I have a nice store down the road, can get quail, duck breast...can make a dried cranberry red wine reduction. Maybe get a prime rib, make bake taters with toppings. Lump crab salad in a boat of endive. And buy a chit load of chicken. I don't know how many ways I can make chicken. I can buy a rack of lamb and make Moroccan carrots buy some Tzatziki and Hummus.
Oh man manual labor, keep me in the kitchen and away from da spouse in the home office so we don't go crazy wit each other.
We got olive oil from all over Euroland, including a few dif. Balsamic from over there, and we bought cheese just before the lock down, so might pick up some jamon and pull out a wine, and have a picnic and enjoy the view, need bread. Hmmm, that is a lot of sneaking out to the store.
Maybe FAGI will continue on with their cure claims, and I don't have to worry.
