Never lived in a city, suburbs my entire life, so yeah, my POV was way different than yours. Why is NYC having such a massive contagion problem when no other major US city is even close to their infection rates? It's not like NYC is the only city that depends on mass transit to move people around - SF does, for example, but they have a fraction of the cases NYC has. Perhaps it's because very few people who live in NYC own their own cars, meaning they must walk or bus or subway or Uber to every single place they need to go?
