Teledoc and other companies left Careclix at the gate long ago. That's why this "top 5" company "sold" itself to a grey sheet stinky pink company for $2M, then proceeded to sell stock at a heavy discount to enrich... somebody.

The share price is under $1 because it's worth about a penny based on acquisition cost of the asset and business performance.
